“The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest.” (Mt 9:38)

Inspired by these words of Jesus a group of women join in prayer for 40 continuous hours on the 14th, 15th and 16th of each month to pray, asking for the sanctity and perseverance of religious and the increase of vocations.  The desire of these women is that all the mothers, sisters and family members of the religious and all those who desire vocations can be united and offer prayers.

If possible, they ask that this prayer can be done during Adoration.  Although, it can be done at home or an hour of work can be offered as a prayer.

This idea was born from the example of the moms of a town called Lu Monferrato in Italy.  They desired to have children that were religious.  Their prayer was abundantly blessed by God and they received the grace to have more than 300 vocations from the country.
